Our Policies

To ensure all pet's safety and health we require each pet to be current with their Bordetella and DHPP vaccination. Vaccination records are scanned and returned to owners at each pet's first grooming appointment. Also, each pet must be spayed/neutered by their first birthday. 

Due to the way we operate, it is very important that each client is prompt to their appointment time so that we can stay on schedule and honor every client's appointment in a timely manner. Unfortunately, if a client is 15 minutes or more late to an appointment, we are unable to honor the appointment as it is unfair to the groomer and other clients who have appointments that day.

 

Doggie Couture confirms each pet's appointment the day before and if a client needs to reschedule, it is important that he/she calls as soon as possible so we have ample time to fill that appointment slot. 24 hours before an appointment is the recommended time frame to call if a client needs to reschedule. 

If an appointment is confirmed by a client or we do not receive a call from the client to reschedule, Doggie Couture assumes the client will show up in a timely manner for their appointment. Since every client and pet is assigned to their OWN time slot, if a client does not show up or does not give Doggie Couture enough notice that they need to reschedule, the groomer will unfortunately lose out on that block of time.
